なんと!4年ぶりの訪問(汗)。ランチで訪れたのに、目に入ったのはタイトルに用いた「1時間980円でハイボール飲み放題!」という貼り紙(爆)。...

お仕事がなかなか切れずちょっと遅めのランチ。

ランチで良く行くお店ですが、お昼なのに炭火で丁寧に焼いて、串をはずしてお重に乗せて出してくれます。
お味噌汁は普通沸かし過ぎると美味しくなくなりますが、ここの味噌汁はカンカンに沸いているのに結構美味...

Opened in 1978, Torigen is celebrating its 35th year since its establishment. The charcoal used is Kishu Binchotan charcoal, and the chicken meat is low-fat, tender, and full of collagen, made from Iwate Prefecture's Nasai-tori chicken! The secret sauce has been the same since the restaurant opened! Yakitori is also made by hand, one skewer at a time, every day. A restaurant that evokes the Showa era, with no microwaves, and where Japanese craftsmanship remains! |
