Opened in 1978, Torigen is celebrating its 35th year since its establishment. The charcoal used is Kishu Binchotan charcoal, and the chicken meat is low-fat, tender, and full of collagen, made from Iwate Prefecture's Nasai-tori chicken! The secret sauce has been the same since the restaurant opened! Yakitori is also made by hand, one skewer at a time, every day. A restaurant that evokes the Showa era, with no microwaves, and where Japanese craftsmanship remains! |

焼き鳥屋だけあって鳥は勿論美味しい。そぼろと玉子はしっとりした感じで焼き鳥は炭火でこんがり。焼き鳥追加したが200円するのでランチとしてはコスパは悪いかな
