神田でお蕎麦屋さんを発見！
お店は、灯りの少ない神田の裏路地にひっそ佇む。看板はなく、心細くなりながら裏路地を進むと、年季の入ったドアに小さく表札に「眠庵」とある。
一見すると普通の一軒家‥
21時頃の夜遅くで、予約でいっぱいにもかかわらず、ひとりはオッケーということでカウンターへ。
店内はかなりこじんまりとしていて、隠れ家のようで、心躍る。
まず出汁巻きたまごは、出汁があふれるてくる。ふんわりとした舌触りの中にふわっと広がる出汁のあまい香りに癒される。
そばの二種もりは、栃木産、北海道産の蕎麦が一枚づつでてくる。
蕎麦の見た目はしっとり艶々で、繊細な甘みとコシが楽しめる。
蕎麦つゆは濃い色をしているけどまろやかで食べやすい。大根おろしとわさびを順々に入れて、そばの香りと楽しむ。
最後にそば湯をいただく。こちらも甘みがあり、すっかり癒された。
