神田藪そばに通っている頃から気になっていたお店です。
目立たないビルの地下にあり看板すらないので、初めて行く方は迷うかもしれません。
まずはランチに訪れてみたところ、満席で入れず。＾＾；
２度目は開店時間の１１時半ちょうどに行き、一番で入れましたが、ものの１５分程で満席となっていました。
店内は歴史を感じさせる古い家屋ですが、とても居心地よい雰囲気です。
４名入れる掘りごたつの個室と、８～１２名くらい入れるお座敷、そして８名入れる奥のテーブル席があります。
ランチメニューは４～６種類。
金目鯛のカシラの煮付け定食をオーダーしたところ、とても大きなおカシラが出され、しかも味付けが濃すぎず好みのストライク☆
次の週にもランチに訪れ、海鮮丼をオーダーしたら、新鮮でとても美味しかったのですっかり気に入り、ディナーを予約しました。

平目も縁側も大変美味しかったです。
料理をされている方は、築地田村にいらした方だそうです。
金目鯛の煮付けは上品な味付けで、とても美味しい。
真鯛のおかしらは塩加減も焼き加減もちょうどよい。
どのお料理も派手さはないのですが素材が素晴らしく、調理が実直できちんとしています。
季節ごとのコース料理がありますが、予めリクエストすればたいていの希望は叶えて下さるとのこと。
早速次の予約を入れて、我儘なリクエストをお願いしてきちゃいました。＾＾
久しぶりに隠れ家的な良いお店を見つけられて、とても嬉しい気持ちでお店をあとにしました。
