神田やぶそばのななめ前、中華料理店雲林の右横の階段を降りたビルの半地下にある「吟ばん」さん。以前雲林を訪れた際、そのビルの半地下に雰囲気の良い和食店があったのをマークしていたので訪問してみました。魚料理が美味しそうです。
私はお一人様ですが四人用の個室に案内していだきました。何か申し訳ない。
「おまかせ海鮮丼」か「金華サバ定食」狙いで来店しましたが、「季節のサービス丼」がどうしても気になりサービス丼に変更しました。
「季節のサービス丼」は鰻です。
季節のサービス丼は「特製うなぎ丼 1,200円」と「特製 増量 うなぎ重 1,500円」の２種類あります。せっかくですから鰻増量の「うなぎ重」にしました。
『鰻は焼いてから特製タレに有馬山椒を入れ柔らかく煮ました。トロフワ鰻をお楽しみ下さい』と書いてあります。
鰻は立派なお重で運ばれてきました。蓋を開けると鰻が３切れ。想像より小ぶりです。そうですよね、1,500円の特別サービス品ですから上々ですよね。
おっしゃる通り鰻はフワフワの焼き上がり。よくタレがしみています。鰻専門店の鰻とまではいきませんがなかなか美味しい。ガッツいて食べてしまいました。
昆布茶かコーヒー付き。コーヒーはなんだかネスカフェのインスタントのような気がしましたけど？でも個室なので気兼ねなくゆっくりできました。またサービスもいいし心遣いがあります。
何と期間限定の鰻は200円引きになっていました。ですのでうなぎ重は1,300円です。ラッキーでした。
