「神田雲林」の隣にある人気の和食店。
開店前に行列があるのは「神田雲林」の方なので慌てずに訪れたい。
開店直後に訪問。
随分と雰囲気の良い店だ。
接客態度も良い。
全部簡単な個室になっているがお一人様でも歓迎してくれる。
「吟ばん！本日ランチ！」以外に「吟ばん！本日の料理長お勧め！」というメニューもあり、少し分かり難い。
お勧め料理の方の刺身丼は天然の平政、上刺身重は大間の鮪だそうな。
うむむ、平政と大間の鮪か、悩むところだが、大間の鮪は高級寿司店か日本料理店以外ではあまりお目にかかれない。
やはりここは「上 刺身重 青森県大間産：天然生本鮪」（1,800円）にしよう。
ついでにプレモル（950円）も注文(^-^)。
もうサラリーマンは引退するので構わないのだ。
まずはプレモル。
くわっー、効くねぇ（笑）。
緊急事態宣言下では飲めなかったので最高。
やはりお酒は外で飲むもんだ。
飲んでいると刺身重が登場。
結構、分厚い鮪だ。
まるで鰹のような大きさ。
確かに見た目も本鮪。
中トロかな。
紫蘇の葉の上に練り山葵と大根おろしが乗っている。
後は佃煮。
刺し身には白胡麻がかかっている。
ご飯は酢飯。
こいつは嬉しい。
醤油は土佐醤油。
器にたっぷり醤油をかけよう。
味噌汁はワカメだが、煮干しの出汁の味がするので少し合わない気がする。
小鉢は冷奴。
葱がたっぷりで、ビールによく合う。
さて鮪に山葵を乗せ実食。
うーむ、大間かどうかは定かではないが、本鮪特有のモチッとした食感が堪らない。
酢飯で良かった。
半分ほど無くなったところで山葵を溶いて、醤油を足し、鮪の上からぶっかける。
うむ、やはりこの食べ方が一番美味しいと思う。
上品に醤油に漬けてチマチマ戴くより絶対に美味しい。
先ほどのホールの男性に聞くと、この店の仲卸は久兵衛などと同じところだそうでそこから珍しく大間の鮪が手に入ったそうな。
高級寿司店も夜8時までじゃぁ、以前のように仕入れができないから回ってくるんだね。
最後は珈琲で口直し。
値段の方はやや高めなので、早々は来れない感じがするが、安いメニューもあって近くのサラリーマンには人気のようだ。
夜はクエ鍋なども楽しめるようなので、機会があれば再訪したいものだ。
