お酒も良い品揃えが入っておるのですが、
伴助の干物の焼魚が食べられるのも魅力です。

さば、あこう鯛、ほっけの味比べ！
ちょっと小ぶりですが、3種あるので焼魚としては丁度良い量です。
味比べできるのが魅力的ですね♪
伴助は干物を作る際、高温で焼き、低温で熟成させる2段階の工程を踏んで焼いており、旨味が強いんです。
香ばしい鯖、脂に乗ったあこう鯛、身が柔らかいほっけと、それぞれの特徴を楽しむことができました！
この辺りでは貴重な焼魚ランチです！
