神田須田町の裏通り、２階に「神田 雲林」（百名店）があるビルの地下に
高級感のある酒料亭「吟ばん」があります。
内神田にある「とりばん」とは姉妹店です。
2002年に神田駿河台にオープンした「鷹ばん」は閉店してます。
運営は、有限会社鷹ばん 吟ばん。
ランチメニューは、お魚料理を中心に、1,000円～2,200円です。

この日は、11時30分に伺いました。
神田雲林の行列を横目に地下の店内へ。
玄関で靴を脱いで、個室に案内していただきました。
店員さんは、とても丁寧な対応です。
案内していただいた個室は、テーブル２台ある８人用の広々お座敷でした。
開店直後だったせいもありますが、お一人様でここを占有するのは、ちょっと贅沢な気分。(ﾉ≧ڡ≦)
特撰焼魚味比べ(1,000円)をお願いしました。
名物干物ブランド【小名浜伴助】の上物を使ってるとのこと。
ご飯大盛り or おかわり一杯無料です。
ホットコーヒー or 昆布茶が付くということで、
昆布茶をいただきました。
本物のお出汁を使ったオススメの昆布茶だそうです。
中の昆布ごといただきました。
さて、特撰焼魚味比べ定食。
焼魚三種類のほか、小鉢、お新香、椀物付きです。
焼魚は、赤魚鯛(あこうだい)、真鯖(さば)、法華(ホッケ)の三種類です。
赤魚鯛にはレモン、法華には柚子胡椒、真鯖には大根おろしが添えてります。
一切れずつは小ぶりですが、３種類あるのでこんなものですかね。
少しずつ、美味しくいただきました。
日本酒がいろいろあるので夜も気になるところ。
夜のお値段の基準になる生ビールは、980円でした。
私が入店後、別の部屋に続々と予約のお客さんが入ってきました。
そのうち、この部屋にもお客さん入るんだろうな？と思ったけど、
私が退店するまでは誰も入ってきませんでした。
静かな個室で贅沢気分を味わいました。
