This is "[a:13031350, Shunsa Kobo Naojin]" located on the back street of Kanda Sakuma-cho 2-chome. This is a popular downtown bar that was featured on BS-TBS's "Yuyake Sakaba". The husband apparently opened Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) after working in the apparel industry as a fashion designer for 25 years. At the time of the broadcast three years ago, it was 25 years since the company was founded, so it has already entered its 28th year. The store name is the nickname of his eldest son, Naoto. Inside the store, there are 6 seats at an L-shaped counter and about 7 tables. A strong-looking chef was in charge of the kitchen, and a man was in charge of the hall. The husband was working in the corner. I took a counter seat and had [B: Draft beer (650 yen)] for now. The appetizer was [b: Offal stew]. There's plenty of it. I tried our restaurant's recommended [b: Kujirasashi (1,080 yen)]. Mink whale sashimi served with sesame oil and salt. It has few strings and is melt-in-your-mouth delicious. What's more, it's rich in vitamin A, low in fat, and low in cholesterol! I received [b: Ichinokura (710 yen)]. Another snack item is [b: Firefly Tempura (680 yen)]. Served with matcha salt. A chewy firefly squid in a freshly fried, crispy batter. This is also a perfect accompaniment to alcohol. For a second helping of sake, I ordered one recommended by the staff. ...I forgot the brand. . At a popular downtown bar crowded with regulars, we ate sake with whale sashimi.
