年明け1/5の1人ランチで、河北やさんを訪問して来ました。
場所は小川町や淡路町駅から徒歩3分程。神田駅や大手町駅からも徒歩10分弱。
河北やさんはその名の通り、山形県河北町の味を楽しめるお店。
肉そばが二日酔いに最適なので、私も定期的にリピートしています。
11:30頃に到着。
カジュアルな店内。
カウンター横の券売機で先に食券を買います。
日替わりのサービスランチやお得なセットメニューなども豊富ですが、
今回は、
・肉そば(冷) 肉ダブル 730円
・豚塩かぶり丼 780円
・玉子天ぷら 130円
の、合計1,640円をオーダー。
座席はカウンターとテーブルを合わせて26席。
すぐに料理が提供されセルフでカウンター席へ。
山形名物の肉そばは、親鶏の肉とガラを炊き込んだスープに歯応えの良い親鶏のスライスを乗せたもの。
コシの強い蕎麦とスッキリとしたスープの相性も良く、二日酔いじゃなくても美味しい一品。
個人的には冷やしが好みです。
豚ロース、かぶりの部位を使った豚塩かぶり丼も食べ応え抜群でした。
お母さんたちの接客も素晴らしい河北やさん。
