人手不足？
シックな雰囲気の居酒屋さんで 美味しいランチ
この日のランチは 麹蔵 神田店 さんです。仕事関係の宴会に使える店の開拓を兼ねていたので、複数のおかずが食べられる 麹蔵御膳 をチョイス。ご飯は 普通の白米 と 穀米入り玄米 が選べるとのことだったので、穀米入り玄米 にしました。大盛 も無料サービスです。(^^)
５分弱で提供された 麹蔵御膳。具だくさん豚汁、チキン南蛮、鰹のたたき、さつま揚げ、小鉢(この日は ひじき煮)、ご飯、漬物 と、豪華なラインナップ。
具だくさん豚汁 は、ランチメニューに 豚汁定食 があることからも分かるように、この店のランチにおける名物ともいえる存在のようです。周囲の人たちを見ていると、豚汁が付いていない定食でも、味噌汁を豚汁に変えて注文している人が目立ちます。
期待を込めて頂きます。出汁と味噌の香りがよく、塩味がまろやかな美味しい豚汁です。豚肉は薄いスライスではなく、コロコロとした塊状。ホロホロに柔らかく煮えています。
提供されたときに、少し冷めてしまっていたのか、始めからぬるめの温度に設定しているのか分かりませんが、この日は寒い日でもありましたので、個人的には熱々の方がより嬉しい気がしました。
鰹のたたき は、冷蔵庫から出したばかりのような冷たさを感じましたが、臭み等は全くなく、鰹の味が楽しめました。
一方の チキン南蛮 は、比較的甘めのタレが掛けられています。添えられているマヨネースを付けて食べても美味しく、ご飯が進む味でした。
店内は、居酒屋さんという一般的なイメージに比べて、かなり清潔感があり、空間的にもゆとりを感じます。店員さんの若い男性達の接客も好印象。
宴会に使えそうなお店も開拓できて、満足なランチでした。

予約して宴会で利用しました。
人数に対して広めの部屋をご用意いただけたので、窮屈感は全く無く快適でしたが、飲み放題のドリンク提供がかなり遅いです。
料理が出てくるタイミングもしかり。最後の鶏飯を食べ終えて、そろそろ帰ろうかと思っている頃になってから、漬物盛り合わせが出てくる、、、 準備に時間が掛かるものではないので、鶏飯と同時に出せそうなものですが、、、
値段の割には料理が寂しかったなと感じつつ店を出ましたが、後でweb上のメニューを確認したら、デザートが付いていたのですね。
店員さんも客が帰ろうとしてるのを見たら、デザートが未だ出てませんと言ってくれても良かったのに、、、
この業界、どこも人手不足なんでしょうかね。
