エレベーターを降りると・・・直ぐに店内
半個室的なテーブル席へ案内され・・・呑み放題無しのコースをお願い
そう・・・仲間の一人が先日の健康診断でレッドカード状態で（笑）
呑みは自粛中とは言え・・・乾杯位はOKと生ビールで乾杯～
前菜にサラダと続き・・・特製ダレの胡麻ぶりと魚系
共に味付けも良くて・・・呑みのアテには丁度いい感じ
メインの水炊きが用意され・・・コンロに掛けて出来上がりを待つ間
仲間が吞めないからって・・・自分は呑まないワケがない（笑々）
生ビールから・・・山ねこのロックにスイッチ
水炊きは・・・白濁した鶏ガラの濃厚出汁で頂く
鶏料理をウリにするだけ有って・・・出される鶏の質と味も良く
〆は・・・店長自ら水炊き鍋で卵雑炊を目の前で作って頂き
時短営業内で・・・お開きと成った
