昼12時前の神田。
天気も良いし、時間にも余裕があるので、司町2丁目の先にあるカンティーニへ。
先客は若い女性がひとり。
ランチメニューをざっと見渡し、元々、食べたかった以下を注文。
4種類のチーズが包む
とろ～りチーズラザニア
先ずはアミューズ。
洋梨と生ハムのコンポート。
スープは具沢山で熱々。
パンは自家製。
拘りとセンスを感じる皿に期待が高まる。
出て来た料理をひととおり食べ終えた頃、熱々の鉄鍋に入ったラザニアが到着。
フォークでラザニアの片割れを持ち上げると、チーズがトロ～(*￣∇￣)ノ
ラザニアを包む4種類のチーズは、グランパダーノ、ペコリーノ、モッツァレラ、ゴルゴンゾーラだそうだが、青カビの癖を感じずにクリーム感覚でペロッと美味しくいただける。
最後は鍋に付いたチーズを余すことなく綺麗に完食し、満腹＆満足。
〆て1800円也。
神田駅から少々歩くが、穴場的なイタリアンで、ランチメニューには泡もある。
テスタドゥーラのような店内の華やかさは無いが、料理については中々の実力派だと感じた。
何、神田駅からわざわざ歩いて、チーズと戯れに来たのかって？
