このパンの味わいは初めての体験でした。
カプレーゼ
トマトがとっても甘い
バジルがゼリー状になっていて食感も楽しめます。
目の前で炙ったローストビーフ、
根セロリチュイール、
さつまいも、銀杏のハーモニーは
秋がお口に広がります。
お肉がとってもジューシーでした。
ゆずの器にホタテ。これは珍しい！
スポイドでゆずソースを垂らしながら頂きます。
さっぱりしていて初めての食感と美味しさ。ゆずもホタテも素材をしっかり感じられる程キャラ立ちしているのにしっかり融合しています。
黒毛和牛 柿とワインのソース
最高でした。お肉が柔らかく変な脂が無い。
ちょっと濃いめの柿のソースがぴったり。
フレッシュポルチーニとイノシシパスタも美味。
今年はフレッシュポルチーニの時期が短く貴重なのでありがたい。イノシシはローズマリーが香りニオイがありません。
リゾットにはたっぷりトリュフをかけて頂き、
ノンアルコールワインの種類も豊富で、
自分の好みのものを出して頂きました。
どのお料理もイノベーティブで繊細で丁寧に頂く事が出来ました。秋を大いに満喫しました！
満足です。
このメニューが、銀座や六本木、恵比寿になるといくらになっちゃうのかしら。。。
そう考えるとコスパも良いかと思います！！
