初訪問です。
神田駅から徒歩5分ほどの場所にあるこちら。
割烹のお店のような雰囲気のある佇まい、なかなか敷居が高いのかと思っての訪問。
店内はカウンターとテーブル席がありました。
カウンターには各席にアクリル板で仕切があります。
本日頼んだのは、
和風スパイスカレー 800円
この雰囲気なので、なんとなく魚介料理を食べようと思って入ったのですが、ポップなどの感じはから店のオススメを察知しました。
これは、正解。
5分たたずに運ばれてきました。
この雰囲気とは違う、洋を感じる盛り方ででてきましに。
カレーには素揚げの野菜、パプリカ、おくら、茄子、ヤングコーン、かぼちゃがのっており、カレーは別皿です。
味噌汁、サラダ、高菜の漬物、砂肝と胡瓜やネギの和物。
素揚げの野菜も揚げたて、それぞれ野菜の甘みが美味しいです。カレーは夏仕様にりんご酢でさわやかな酸味を利かせ、酒粕と鰹節などの出汁による甘みと旨味、そしてスパイスがやや辛めに設定されてます。なかなか好みのカレー。店主はつい最近なったという若目の男性で、カレーはかなり力を入れ、調整しているそうです。すごくその会話に好感をもちました。
少し残念だったのはご飯で、ややダマになったところがあってやややわらかめでした。ここの改善をしたらもっと美味しいと思います。
味噌汁は揚げとワカメの上品な味付け、カレーに味噌汁は疑問もなかなか。途中で食べたら味付けがカレーとマッチしていて良かったです。
砂肝の和物も単調になりがちな全体で、肉っけもないところへ良い一皿でした。
砂肝のコリコリと胡瓜のカリカリの食感、辛めのカレーに一休みです。
サラダは水菜と大根、人参に胡麻ドレッシングでした。
お店自体は前からあったけど、店主が変わってずいぶんチャレンジな取組をしており、良い感じでした。
他のメニューも毎朝仕入れにいった食材を使っているとのこと。
次は若鶏の山椒焼にしたいと思います。
