You can enjoy a large portion of 500g of carefully selected domestic beef offal for 2,400 yen (tax included). The assortment of mino, tekchan, small intestine (with fat), red senmai (giara), heart, liver, and senmai has many repeat customers! When you visit Umauma, please try the assorted offal at least once.
