甘酸っぱいクリーミーなゴマだれに辛さと痺れ 冷し担々麺 旨い！
台風一過で真夏のような(真夏以上の？)暑さが戻ってきたため、冷たいものを食べたいと思っていたところ、ちょうど通り掛かりのお店に 冷し担々麺 の看板を見つけ、こちらのお店に入りました。
12時を少し回ったところでしたが、扉を開けて店内に入ると、かなり空いています。一人だったので、奥の円卓を案内されました。
注文は、外の看板を見て決めていた 冷し担々麺 です。100円増しで 大盛 をお願いしました。
出来上がりを待っている間、どこからともなくタバコの臭いが、、、 テーブルの上を見ると、調味料の横に金属製の灰皿が重ねてあるではないですか。またうっかり、喫煙可のお店と気付かずに入ってしまいました。
幸い、耐えられないほどの煙ではなかったので、料理が出てきたらさっさと食べて店を出ようと決意し、そのまま待つことにしました。
空いていたこともあってか、５分弱で 冷し担々麺 が登場です。ガラスの器に麺が盛られ、その上にモヤシを中心とした野菜がうず高く盛られています。スープは赤味を帯びた濁り系。どことなく冷し中華を思わせる出で立ちです。
さっそく頂きます。冷し担々麺を語れるほど経験値がある訳ではありませんが、店によってけっこう違って面白いと思っています。これは、冷たい担々麺という訳ではなく、甘酸っぱい ゴマだれ冷し中華 のスープを辣油や花椒で辛くした感じ。白ごまのクリーミーな感じに辛味と痺れが加わって実に旨い！ 麺は細麺でしっかりした腰で私好み。
とても美味しく頂いて、スープまで完飲しました。唯一惜しむらくは全面喫煙可ということですね。

The name and the color of the signboard had changed significantly since the last time I used it, so I thought that a new store had opened, but it might just be that the interior has been renovated as a private Izakaya (Japanese-style bar), and the food hasn't changed. I don't know. At least the lunch menu seems to be an extension of the old one...Well, what I chose for lunch that day was Nagasaki Champon. There is no large serving on the menu, but if you don't have enough noodles, it says that you can get a half-fried rice set for an additional 200 yen. I couldn't help but add half fried rice. Perhaps because the restaurant had just opened at 11 a.m., I could tell from the sounds coming from the kitchen that the fried rice was being made to order, rather than being made ahead of time. (^^) Half fried rice was served less than 15 minutes after ordering, and Nagasaki Champon was served about 2 minutes later. First, I took a bite of fried rice. Hot and flaky finish. The salty taste is a bit modest, but the taste is okay. It's a great fried rice set with Noodles at a continental Chinese restaurant. On the other hand, the main dish, Champon, was packed with vegetables, mainly cabbage, which made me very happy as I tend to lack vegetables when I eat out on a regular basis. I wouldn't say it has the taste of a specialty restaurant, but both the soup and noodles are delicious. I was a little worried that the salty taste was a little strong and the noodles were a little soft, but this may be a matter of personal preference. The interior of the store has changed significantly from before the renovation. It's divided into multiple semi-private rooms of different sizes, so even if you're a solo customer like me, you won't have to share a seat at a large round table like before. I felt more comfortable than before. I'm thinking of using it for a banquet next time. Thank you for the meal.
