I received the special dish ``Special Offal Stew Set Meal 900 yen'' from ``Blacksmith Bunzo''. Western-style homemade offal stew with red wine and miso. The special offal stew is served in a simmering clay pot. I like that it contains one boiled egg. The offal is surprisingly soft and delicious. A unique flavor simmered with red wine and miso. You might think of it as a Western-style dish, but it goes well with white rice anyway. The white rice is progressing rapidly. It came with astragalus, so I guess this is a sign that it should be served with rice. For the second half, I scooped up the offal with the soup and poured it over rice to enjoy it smoothly. It's already a drink (lol) It was quite delicious. It's an addictive dish!
