I had something to do at the Olympics that day, so I headed towards Awajicho. I wasn't particularly looking for a place to have lunch, but I felt like our restaurant was on the first floor of a building on the way from Waterasu to Surugadai, so I wandered around Shinzaka. Huh? Do you remember wrong? can not find···. If you go north, you'll find Sola City, so there shouldn't be any. Let's go south (toward Ogawamachi). Then I found it near Kannonzaka! It was there. I was starting to think that there was a possibility that the virus was gone, so I'm glad it happened. I glared at the menu outside. The set meal of pork loin cutlet with egg (850 yen) is attractive! When you enter the basement store, you will be greeted by a lady with Chaki Chaki Bushi. He guided me to a counter seat. As expected from a chain Izakaya (Japanese-style bar). The customer service is so cheerful that it feels good. When I told them, ``Pork loin cutlet set meal with egg, served with a large serving of rice,'' they said it was finished. Eh! Isn't it still before 1pm? ! Attractive menu items sell out quickly.I didn't have a substitute in mind, so I chose the weekly menu, Katsu Curry (860 yen). I didn't forget to tell them about the large serving of rice. After a while, it was delivered on a tray. In addition to cutlet curry, it comes with salad, takuan, and miso soup. Let's start with the salad. Salad with only lettuce and mizuna. When I tried the cutlet curry, I realized that it was a Japanese home-style curry. Although it wasn't spicy at all, there was shichimi on the table, so when I sprinkled it on, it became a little spicy. The cutlet has a crispy fried batter and tender meat. The rice was dry and went well with the curry, which made me worried. If it's the same rice as the set meal, I think it might be too thirsty for people who eat the set meal (^_^; I like the curry, though. The amount of rice was large and just right. Miso soup The ingredients were green onion, fried tofu, and wakame seaweed. The soup stock was stronger than I expected. After the meal, I had my own coffee. There was hot and ice cream available, so I got the ice cream. In general, I thought it was an izakaya Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) at a chain restaurant. I thought it was quite a level. I think it's acceptable for 850 yen. Please keep up the good work. Thank you for the meal.
