Set lunch of giblets and fried chicken. The meal progresses at a fast pace! Personally, I thought the giblets could have been a little stronger since I come from an area with strong flavors, but it was delicious enough. The fried chicken is also crispy. It was delicious, but unfortunately there weren't many staff members considering the number of seats, so it took a long time to be served.
