今回は席についてからの単品注文で。
頼んだ内容
・オリジナル生ハム盛り¥1300
・ボトルシャンパン
まずはお祝い事ですし、シャンパンにて乾杯。
こちらこぼれスパークリング発祥のお店ですが、今回はボトルにて。笑
HEIDSICK MONOPOLE BLUE TOP BRUT
マリーアントワネットにも献上されたシャンパンであることで有名。
りんご感もありブリオッシュ系のコクもあり、とても好きなシャンパンです。
お通しにはかぼちゃのスープ。
酔いすぎないようにお心遣いがありがたい。笑
オリジナル生ハム盛りは
日本とスペインのハムの盛り合わせ。
柔らかいしっとりしたタイプと少しハードめなタイプでしっかりと違い。
ワイン中心のお店と思っていたら食事もとっても豊富でした！
この日は周年イベントでの訪問でしたが、
色々ワインも食事もあるみたいなので、またゆっくりとお伺いしたいです。
