小川町駅から徒歩4分程度の小道にある当店。
ミシュランガイド『ビブグルマン』にも選出されているとんかつの名店✨
当店はのシェフはなんと洋食のシェフ！こだわりのパン粉や肉のチョイスと調理でまるでローストポークのようにやわらかでジューシーなとんかつが食べられる人気店⭐️
お店もとんかつの和の雰囲気をベースに心地よい洋食店のような音楽で高級感のある雰囲気です✨
この日は平日19時15分くらいの訪問で2組待ち。20分ほどで入店できました。多少の並びは覚悟が必要です。

通常の特ロースではなく【厚切りロースカツ】をチョイス！やっぱり気になるので食べてみます（笑）
厚切りながら柔らかく歯で簡単に噛み切れるお肉は外はサクッとした食感とのバランス良い食感。なかなか驚く食感です✨そしてしつこ過ぎない脂の旨と肉の旨味が本当に美味しい✨3440円と少し高価ですが納得⭐️
私の大好きな【メンチカツ】は大きめで食べ応え十分✨すごい肉肉しさが素晴らしい！
さすがビブグルマン受賞店✨レベル高いとんかつ店だと思います。この並びと価格なら全然あり✨美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした✨
