11:30に到着して、運良く最後の1席を確保。
ラッキー！
肉厚でジューシーな豚カツは、ヒレならではのしっとりした食感が特徴で、噛むほどに豊かな旨みが広がる。
添えられた塩、ソース、マスタード、ゆずペッパーでいただく。ヒレはあっさしてるので、塩、ゆずペッパーが豚カツの味を引き立てている♪
また、店内のレトロな雰囲気が心地よい食事時間を演出してくれている。
美味しかったです。ご馳走様でした。
食事を終えて12:00頃にお店を出ると、既に5組の待ち行列。人気店のため、待つことを避けたい人は早めに来店することをおすすめです。
