雨の降る平日の11時15分頃訪問。 この時間であれば、並ばずに入れました。
熟成練り醤油らーめん(並、850円) に ゆでキャベツ(50円) をトッピングで注文。
スープを啜るだけで、幸せな気分に。 このトロトロ感、鶏の旨味も感じつつ、あっさり食べやすい上品さ。 太麺とスープもよく絡みます。
ゆでキャベツの仄かな甘みが、スープと絶妙なハーモニー。 ますます幸せな気分に。
キャベツの上の熟成練り醤油は、海の香りを感じさせる濃厚さ。 大事に大事にスープと混ぜ合わせながら味変を楽しみます。
スープも完全に飲み切らせていただきました。 外はシトシト雨降りだけど、心の中に優しい春の日差しが降り注いだような食後感。 美味しいものは人を幸せにすることを再確認しました。
一般的なラーメン屋さんよりゆったりした店内はとても綺麗にされているので、女性一人でも入りやすいのではと思いました。
この美味しさ、調理にかかる手間を思うと、並盛850円はまさに破格。 感動しております。
