店主はイタリアン出身です。 |
神田で友人とはしご酒したシメで伺いました。たまたま空席があったので、ゆっくり食事。塩トリュフのラーメンを注文しました。みなさんのレビュー通りスープはポタージュ系、麺は太くてうどんの近くもちもちしています。トリュフの後味が残り、ラーメンというよりも、イタリアンうどんって感じでした。
