11時30分頃 無銘に到着 入り口に 店名が無い
さすが無銘さん 入店して券売機で 購入して
店員さんへ 渡して カウンター席へ座ります
熟成練り醤油ラーメン 普通 肉めし
10分ぐらいして 熟成練り醤油ラーメン 登場
スープは鶏白湯の薄口でキャベツの上に
熟成練り醤油玉を崩しながら スープを自分好みにしながら 麺は平打ち麺 160g 肉めしがあるので 量はちょうど良いです 具はキャベツ 海苔
ネギ チャーシュー とろっとろで美味しい
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
