久しぶりに某アパレルの社販に行った帰りに、ご飯を食べて帰えろうという事で、こちらのお店を7時に予約。こんな時、食べログの予約は本当に便利。
予約時間にお店に到着すると、カウンターの席がリザーブされておりそちらに。調理を見ながら食事するのは嫌いじゃない。カウンターの中では大きな肉の固まりをカットしている。
サラダと前菜盛り合わせ、ハラミと牛タンのステーキをオーダー。レバーパテも食べたかったけど、ちょっと量がわからないので、パテは保留に。
お通しとサラダを食べながら、カウンター越しに調理を見ていると、オーダーしていないけど美味しそうな料理が沢山。特に肉屋のポテトサラダはポテトサラダの上に、分厚いベーコンが一枚まるまる乗っており、見るからに美味しそう。
料理はどれも美味しく、ハラミのステーキはとっても柔らかく炭火焼きのいい香り。牛タンは場所により少し硬いところもあったけど、まあタンだからタン先の方は硬くなるのは仕方がない。
お肉も十分に堪能でき、お腹いっぱいに。
