いつもの後輩くんと夕食でも軽く行きますかと会社を出たものの、月曜の夜だと言うのに時期が悪いのか目指した店はどこも満席。
そんな中ランチで目をつけてたこのお店にダメ元で行くと「カウンターなら」と入店可能。
店内は賑わっていて、その後の飛び込み客は全て断られていたのでついてたみたいです。
初見のため、注文をなかなか決められませんでした。
厚切りベーコンだけは頼みたいなと思ったのですが、他にも気になった肉屋のポテトサラダの上にベーコン乗ってますよと言われ、取り下げました。
確かにポテトサラダには結構な大きさのベーコンが載っており胡椒が聞いてとても美味しかったですが、他のお客さんに出て行く厚切りベーコンを見るとそれも食べたかったなと思いました。
カウンターなので調理がよく見えます。
グリーングリーンサラダも結構なボリュームで2人では多すぎるくらいでした。
肉も一品頼もうと言うことになり、とりあえずイチボの200g(ちっちゃい方)を頼みます。
パスタなどもとても美味しそうですが、取り敢えず余裕があったら頼もうと言うことになり、結果的にこれが正解でした。
それぞれの料理が、味のクオリティも量も十分でもっと頼みたいけどお腹いっぱい状態になりました。
結果的に単価が高いように見えて総予算は抑えられました。
カウンターから覗いていると一見無造作ですが、非常に調理の手際がよく、実際に出てきたお肉も恐らく超高級肉ではないと思うのに、柔らかく脂っこくないのに肉々しさが適度で、赤身のプロって印象を受けました。
次回はお腹をしっかり空かせて色んなものを頼みたいです。
