Early solo dinnerで初訪問。ジビエを楽しめる店として人気を博しているようだ。
おすすめは罠セット（税込2,200円）と肉罠セット（2,500円）とのこと。ジビエ尽くしの後者とグラスの赤ワインをオーダー。ワインは小グラスになみなみと注がれた。
【肉罠セットの内容】
■罠ユッケ：本日は蝦夷鹿
細切りのミディアムレアの蝦夷鹿を生卵の黄身に和えていただいた。個人的にはもう少しレアの方が好みだが鹿肉の旨味を堪能。次のジビエ盛りへの期待が高まる。
■ジビエ盛り：鹿肉（日本鹿と蝦夷鹿）、猪肉、雉
3種類の調味料が用意された。各ジビエの部位毎にお勧めの調味料が異なる。肉を噛み締めながら美味しくいただいた。臭い・硬いというイメージは全く当てはまらない。
■塊焼き：鶉の半身焼きと本日の塊焼き（猪豚スペアリブ）ジューシーな鶉を手掴みでかぶりつく。想像以上に柔らかい。これは是非一羽丸ごといただきたい。猪豚のスペアリブも美味しいがこちらは想定の範囲内。
総じて満足度は高い。ジビエ好きならworth visiting。
