いただいたお肉は味付けがほとんどされてないくらいのうす味でお肉の旨みを楽しむかんじ。
店員さんからおすすめの食べ方などは言われないので、物足りないときは自分の好みでタレや塩胡椒で味付けをしていただきます。
今回いただいたメニューではシーズンメニューの新芽のタンしゃぶ、梅冷麺がおいしかった！
タンしゃぶは専用のつけだれが相性抜群！タンの食感、旨みが合わさっていくらでも食べられそうなハマるおいしさでした。
梅冷麺もさっぱりしていて麺のコシがしっかりあって締めでもするするといただけました
店内が明るくてさまざまなバリエーションで使えそうなお店です。
