神田裏街をランチで徘徊中に発見、ランチは休止中だったが店主から是非夜に
と薦められて日本酒大好きの友人と初訪問。
5席しかない1Fカウンター席を予約。（2Fはテーブル席）
お店の内外装は木材を活かしたハイセンスな造り。
店のロゴマークやメニューもこだわりが感じられて好感。
プレミアムモルツ生で乾杯後、若い店主と話しながら料理を選択。
・平政と平目の刺身（盛合せメニューはなし）
・帆立と茸のバターソテー
・ルイビ豚の溶岩焼き
・ルイビ豚の甘辛山椒煮（1回お替り）
・西京漬けカマンベールチーズ
等酒飲みが好みそうなものを次々に注文。
料理は価格抑え目で量もそんなに多くなく女性向き。
肝心な日本酒は、60mlと90mlの2種類で供される。
お酒に合わせてお猪口やグラスを都度用意してくれるので楽しめる。
「飛露木」「岩の蔵」（佐賀）「新政～茜孔雀（貴醸酒）」「古伊万里～前（さき）」（佐賀）
「風の森」(奈良）・・・
店主は北九州出身とのことで佐賀のお酒にこだわりがあり面白い。
90mlでたくさんの種類を飲むのも楽しく、気さくな店主との会話も弾む。
店主は料理や日本酒の品揃えにも意欲的なので今後が楽しみ。
