多町大通りの和菓子屋さん庄之助の横を入ったところ、
神田須田町の裏通りにある古民家風の居酒屋 Kokori です。
2013年8月オープンですから９年目になります。
神田駿河台に、２号店の 別邸KOKORI があります。
３号店の天ぷら・そば 蔵 KOKORIは閉店してしまいましたが、
2020年2月には、ミャンマーにKOKORI4号店もオープンしているようです。
KOKORIとは昔の方言で“こころ”の意味、
心を込めて作った料理とそれに寄り添う旬な日本酒を提供しております。
とのことです。
この日は、20時過ぎに一人で立ち寄りました。
男性３名、女性１名で切り盛りしてました。
店内、１階はカウンター６席のみです。
カウンター席では大人のカップルがしっぽり飲んでましたので
カウンターの反対隅につかせていただきました。
２階にテーブル席があるようで、２階の賑わいが聞こえてきました。
KOKORI本店 新名物!! ６旬盛り(1,980円)をお願いすると、
お通し(539円)の お吸い物と煮物が出てきました。
・・・６旬盛りは、お通し別だとは思わなかった。。
飲み物は、喜楽長 純米(583円)を一杯。
滋賀県の喜多酒造の辛口酒。
煮物に良く合うのです。
６旬盛りは、お先に冷菜三種が出てきました。
お刺身は、鰹と真鯛です。
新鮮で美味しいです。
左側に高野豆腐。
これ、切れ目が入ってなくて箸で簡単に切れないので、
ちょっと食べにくい。。
右側は、バイ貝の煮つけでしたかね。
日本酒２杯目は、吉田蔵 u 百万石乃白(759円)。
"手取川"でおなじみ、石川県の吉田酒造の「吉田蔵」シリーズ"u"。

だそうです。
透明感のあるクリアな味わい。
和食によく合います。
６旬盛りの後半の３品が登場しました。
これがまた、上品で美味しいのです。
日本酒３杯目は、純米吟醸 黒兜 夢一献(649円)。
フルーティーで爽やかな味わい。
女子ウケしそうな日本酒です。
雰囲気いいし料理も美味しいお店でした～
