☆平成26年12月12日(金)訪問
この日は、大手町の外部のオフィスで会議がありました。
11時半前に会議が終わったので、丁度いいチャンスとばかりに、方向が会議場と同じで、かつ普段は混んでいてハードルの高い当店をチャレンジしてみることにしました。
当店は以前12時10分ほど前に行ったら満席で断られたことがあります。カウンターが無いですし、基本相席はさせない方針のお店なので、一人での訪問には特にハードルが高いです。
この日は、オープン直後の11時半ちょっと過ぎに伺ったので一番乗りでしたが、在店15分ほど経過した11時45分の時点で既に満席。客の捌きを見ていると、４人テーブルが空いている時に一人客が来ると断ってましたので、やはり、なかなか普段の時間帯、特に単独での訪問では攻略の難しいお店ですね。
ランチメニューは、ブリフィクススタイルで、前菜3品、メイン4品からのチョイス。これにバケット、ドリンクが付いて1200円です。
前菜は、仏シャラン鴨のパテドカンパーニュにしてみました。前菜3種の中で、このパテドカンパーニュだけ200円増しなのですが、やはりこれが一番惹かれますよね。
メインは豚バラ肉とシメジのブラウンソースをチョイス。
まず5分ほどしてバケットの登場。温かいバケットなので冷めないうちにとチビチビといただきましたが、前菜の登場まで持ちませんでした。その前菜は、バケットの提供から5〜6分ほど待ちました。肉厚のパテドカンパーニュは、食べ応えたっぷり。付け合わせの野菜はパーニャカウダ風のソース(ただし、アンチョビではなく辛子風味でした)でいただきます。
それから更に10分ほどしてメインの豚バラ肉とシメジのブラウンソースが登場。この料理、とにかく角煮風の豚バラ肉の柔らかいこと。トロトロとはこのことではないでしょうか。コクのあるシメジ入りブラウンソース、付け合わせのジャイアントコーンやブロッコリーとの相性も素晴らしいです。
料理はこの２品だけで、後はコーヒーで終わりなのですが、ボリュームはしっかりあります。バケットは、食べ終わるとカゴが下げられてしまうので、お替わりは想定していないようですね。（恥ずかしくて確認はできませんでしたが・・）
ハードルの高いお店を攻略できた満足感と美味しい料理を食べられた満足感で、ダブルにハッピーなランチタイムとなりました。
