【神田】いつもとちょっぴり違うディナーはいかが？「Bistrot VIVANT」
神田駅から徒歩6分ほど、司町交差点からすぐの場所にある「Bistrot VIVANT（ヴィヴァン）」にお邪魔してきました。こちらはお値段以上のコースがいただけると話題のフレンチ・イタリアンで、運が良いとプロマジシャンによるテーブルマジックと共に美味しいフルコースを楽しむことが出来ます。
折角なので今回は「シェフお任せコース（飲み放題付き/7,700円）コース」をお願いしてみました。生ビールがハートランドなのが嬉しいですね。
アミューズ・ブーシュはキャロットラペにハモンセラーノ、ミョウガとエシャレットのムースを乗せたブルスケッタ、キャベツのマリネに温野菜。パンは自家製の丸パン。
季節野菜のスープにはチキンのローストがごろり。食べ応えのあるごちそうスープ。メインディッシュはお魚とお肉を両方お願いしてシェアすることに。真鯛のタンドリー風と豚ヒレ肉のコートレット風。しっかりと厚みのあるお肉を使っていますが驚く程柔らかいです。
パスタはおかんの青唐辛子カルボナーラ（絶品！）と海老と大葉のペペロンチーノ。お料理だけでもかなり満足度が高いのですが、またテーブルマジックが素晴らしかった！お誕生日や記念日に、いつもとちょっと違うディナーが楽しめる1軒です。

アミューズ・ブーシュは紫キャベツのマリネにハツと生落花生の白ワイン煮、真鯛のカルパッチョとピクルス、生ハムと自家製フォカッチャにレバームース、10種の野菜のトマト煮込み、3種のきのこの白ワイン煮込みと前回よりパワーアップしていました。
豚肉と季節野菜のスープは食べ応えのあるごちそうスープ。選べるメインディッシュはもちろんお魚とお肉をシェア。真鯛のポアレに豚ヒレ肉のグリルをチョイスです。しっかりと厚みのあるお肉を使っていますが驚く程柔らかいです。
パスタはおとんの絶品ボロネーゼ。おかんのカルボナーラも絶品だったけれどこちらもなかなか。実は今回、サプライズバースデーでの利用だったのですが鳥肌もののテーブルマジックに忘れられない夜となりました。
