大手町のオフィスから鎌倉橋経由で外堀通りを北上すると、讃岐うどんの人気店「香川一福」にたどり着きますが、その隣に全面ガラス張りの洒落たビストロがあります。
ずっと前からブックマークしていたのですが、ランチ営業が水木金だけと出勤日と合わなくて行けなかったのですが、最近月〜金に拡大したので、ようやく行くことが出来ました。
店内は、テーブル席のみ30席とこじんまりとしてみますが、面積は広いのでゆったりとしたテーブル配置になっています。
ウイークデイランチは、前菜とメインが選べるプリフィックススタイルで 1,250円です。
前菜は、サラダ、ポタージュ、前菜盛り合わせ (+550円)から一つ
メインは、ハーブ三元豚のロティ、スズキのポワレ、トマトソースパスタ、オイルソースパスタ、クリームソースパスタの5種類から一つ。
ドリンクはコーヒー（ホット、アイス）、ルイボスティー（ホット、アイス）から一つ。
別途料金でデザートが6種類が各600円という構成でした。
メインをハーブ三元豚のロティに決めて、前菜は野菜が欲しいのでサラダにしました。
サラダはたっぷりの新鮮葉物にクルトンと粉チーズを振ったボリュームのあるサラダで、野菜がたくさん食べられて良かった。
メインの三元豚のロティは、分厚い肩ロースに低温でゆっくりと火を通したと思われる美しいピンク色断面に、ブロッコリー、オクラ、マッシュルームの焼き野菜が添えてある。
粒マスタードが入ったピリッとしたソースとの相性が良くて、これは美味しい。
ドリンクの珈琲も美味しくて、これで1250円はお得です。
今度は夜も行ってみたいお店でした。
