『ビストロヴィヴァン』さんへ伺いました。
神田駅から徒歩7分ほどの場所にあります。
この日は飲み放題3時間付きの特別コース、お店貸切でお邪魔しました。
メインは鹿児島県産黒毛和牛のステーキ、ほぼシャトーブリアンで柔らかくてとろける！最高でした！
20人近くの会でしたが、お肉の焼き具合もそれぞれの好みに合わせて提供。コース仕立てで大皿ではなく1人ずつサーブしてくださるのも嬉しいです。
前菜からメイン、パスタと丁寧なお料理と盛り付けで宴席のレベルを超えており大満足でした。
キャンプマスターのマナブさん、ヴィヴィアンオーナーのヒロシさん、お二人のホスピタリティにも感謝です。
出張オシャCampやイベントなどの依頼も出来るそうです。
話題のドラマ「VIVANT」と同じ店名です。
