A store full of exoticism

中華料理とマレー料理と南インド料理の混ざり合った感じが独特で面白かったです。
約2週間前に予約し、その際フィッシュヘッドカレーとバクテー2人前も予約しました。
訪問時3.65
ほぼ満席で20時以降は空きテーブルが1、2くらいでしたので予約必須と思います。

粗挽きのブラックペッパーがかなりスパイシー。
マントウのこの柔らかさは初めての感覚です。
・クリスピーポーク
燻され香ばしい。
濃口醤油のトイソース、マスタード、何かの果物(失念)の3種のソースで頂く。
・チャークエティヤオ(2種の麺の焼きそば)
安定感ある焼きそば。味も食べやすい。
◎肉骨茶(バクテー)
・柔らかいスペアリブに、ニンニクが効いたスープに白胡椒がかなりスパイシー。このスープが美味しかった。
◯フィッシュヘッドカレー(鯛)※要事前予約
・バスマティライス&パパド
タマリンドの酸味の効き具合+バスマティライスの組み合わせは完全に南インド料理だと思いました。(南インドのケララからシンガポールに伝わったとのことで納得です)
・バスマティライスでサラサラいけます。
▲食べる前にフィッシュヘッドを崩すのですが、予想通り食べずらいです。(1人だったら完全にしゃぶり付いてましたが、それもできずで勿体無かったです)
アルコール1人(3〜4杯)で8,000円/人くらいでした。
