I stopped by Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) ``Raku no Ute'' located in the basement of a building near the west exit of Kanda Station. It's close to the station so you can easily stop by. Inside the store, there are mainly table seats, and there is also tatami seating in the back. At lunchtime, there is a wide variety of daily specials, and they are reasonably priced at around 700 yen. I had the chicken nanban set meal, and the chicken was juicy and delicious. At night, it is often used by office workers, and there is a wide selection of Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) menu items. Yakitori (grilled chicken skewers) set comes with 5 skewers for 620 yen, which is a good value for money. It was freshly served as it was freshly fried. There seems to be an attractive service of 567 yen for all you can drink for 2 hours, but it seems that you cannot use it alone. If I have a chance, I would like to visit with a friend and use this service. We recommend Izakaya (Japanese-style bar) as a place where you can easily stop by even though it is near the station.
