【場所】
小伝馬町交差点から江戸通りを馬喰町交差点方面に進みます。
鞍掛橋交差点手前の右手の2階にお店はあります。
【店舗、店内】
階段で2階に上がります。
店内に入りますと、左手奥が厨房になっており、右手奥が座敷席、それ以外はテーブル席が並んでいます。結構広い店内です。
【料理】
牛タンのお店です。
難しいゑの字を使っていて、 ゑのじ = えのじ さんです。
ランチメニューはシンプルに
〇炭火焼牛タン定食 \1300
〇炭火焼牛タン1.5人前定食 \1700
〇炭火焼牛タンW定食 \2100 となっております。
とろろが+\100で付けられます。
ご飯は麦飯で大盛、特盛(普通の倍)が無料とのことでした。
炭火焼牛タン1.5人前定食 \1700 麦飯 大盛りでお願いしました。
炭火で焼きますので、出来上がりまでしばし待ちます。
程なくして、牛タン定食の登場です。
牛タンは予め細切りにされています。食べやすさのためでしょうか。
牛タンは塩コショウで味付けされていますが、卓上セットの一味もよろしければ付けてみてくださいとのこと。
早速、牛タンから食べています。
牛タンって美味しいですよねぇ。しっかりした牛タンでした。
なんで牛タンって麦飯になるんでしょう。定番みたいになっていますが由来がわからず。
テールスープの中にも牛タンが入っていました。
サラダは白菜サラダでオリジナルのドレッシングを掛けていただきます。

ジョッキに入ったウーロン茶が出てきます。
【サービス】
ホールは女性スタッフ、厨房は大将の2名体制でした。
ランチでも千円超えなのでなかなか食べに来れませんが、美味しい牛タンを食べるのであれば、このお店はアリだと思います。
