Located on the second floor along Edo Street, between Kodenmacho and Bakuro Yokoyama. Soft and delicious beef tongue. specialty shop. My drinking buddy made a reservation for me. Perhaps due to the small number of customers, the atmosphere was quiet and calm. Why is barley rice used for beef tongue? I meant to ask, but I forgot. Someone please teach me. Yams too.
