When I think of aged beef, I have an image of Yakiniku (Grilled meat), but I definitely prefer Steak! It's nice to have a lot of menus other than Steak, and it's nice to be able to visit with a Meat Bar feeling. The sake is delicious and there are many types. As soon as you enter the store, you will definitely get excited just by looking at a lot of meat lined up in a glass case. The lighting in the restaurant is dim and the orange lighting is illuminated, giving the impression that the meat is devised to look beautiful. ◯ Steak We buy one lean A3 to A4 black Wagyu beef and age it.
