JR神田駅から徒歩数分のところにある油そば専門のチェーン店。
この通りは家系だったり、武蔵だったりラーメン屋さんもしっかりあり、他にもとんかつの行列店だったり、豊富な通り。
そんな中チェーン店も良いんでしょうね。
行列は出来ないけれど店内満席です。
食券機にて、1番人気と書いてある鳥豚油そばをオーダー。
スープは無料サービスということで、生姜の効いた、刻んだネギだけの入った中華スープセルフサービス。
数分すると、並盛り油そば。
何が鳥豚なのか、はじめてなのでさっぱりわからないが、頂きます。
粘度の高いラードか？
麺にたっぷりかかってます。
そこの方に醤油ダレ。
よく混ぜ混ぜして、そのままちょっとだけ。
うーむ。
で、お店おすすめの、ラー油、酢、マヨネーズを加えて更に混ぜ混ぜ。
うーむ。
ちぢれ中太麺をおいしく頂くということなのだけれど。
これで880円か…
個性がないというか…
特盛のペアングのカップ焼きそばを家で自由にカスタマイズした方が楽しかったりして…
なんて頭をよぎったかも。
他の油そばチェーン店と並べて競争させたい。
