訪問2回目です。
日曜の15時半頃に伺いました。
店内はほぼ満席。
前回はランチでしたが、今回はお茶利用です。
広々としたテラス席と明るく開放的な店内。
とても落ち着けます。
和紅茶タルトとあさつゆをいただきました。
タルトは和紅茶を使用したチョコレートタルトとのこと。
口溶けがよく心地よい渋みと甘みと薄皮でサクサクの生地でとても繊細な仕上がり。
深蒸し茶のあさつゆは旨味、甘み、渋みのバランスがとても良く、すっきり飲みやすかったです。
こちらの接客はとても丁寧で、落ち着いた対応です。
また是非訪れたいお店。
