会社から神田駅周辺まで歩いてランチするのは、西口か北口辺りが多いですが、今回は南口のお店も開拓しようと高架下を初めて超えました。
高架下に色々お店があるので、まずはこの辺りから攻めることとなり、たまたま目についたのがこちらのお店でした。
まぁ、チェーン店なので、余り想像を超えることはないだろうということで安定を求めお邪魔しました。
店内は場所柄かかなり込み合っており、店員さんも大忙しです。カウンター席に案内されて、メニューを見ると、魚系が中心で焼き物から刺身まで豊富にありました。カツ煮やもつ煮などもあり、そちらも惹かれましたが悩んだ結果、サンマの開き定食にしました。
カウンター席から厨房が見えるのですが、一人で料理をさばいているようで、中々大変だなぁと見ておりました。この影響なのか、料理が出てくるまで少し時間がかかってしまうようで10分以上かかってました。
焼き物は待つことになるのかと後悔しておりましたか、チーンとレンジが鳴る音と共に何やら料理を出している模様。
どうやら私のサンマはレンジで温め直したものでした。お店で食べる以上、焼魚はやはり焼き立てを食べたいですよね。
レンチンしたものは、味が落ちますね。
まぁ、いちいち焼いてたら、大箱さばくのにおっつかないでしょうけど。
