We offer a variety of dishes made with seasonal ingredients in small portions, allowing you to experience our restaurant's unique style more deeply. Please enjoy our carefully selected daily menu, which is created based on your preferences.
Food Enjoy carefully prepared dishes made with simple seasonings and Chiba ingredients.
We use the simplest seasonings possible, without using any artificial seasonings. We aim to create simple yet deep flavors, for example by using different salts depending on the ingredients. Most of the ingredients are from Chiba, where the owner is from. Vegetables are purchased directly from producers, and fish are selected by a middleman at Toyosu Market and delivered fresh, in season. Enjoy dishes that transcend the bounds of genres, such as sauces made from strained vegetables and combinations of dashi and spices.

We offer multiple types of sake selected by the owner, which changes daily. We purchase seasonal sake ranging from sweet to dry. In addition to different types, we can also suggest ways to drink it, such as cold or hot, to match the food. At our store, we also offer ``Rita'' Junmai unfiltered raw sake, which is sold only to a limited number of restaurant in Kanda. The monthly wines are selected by the sommelier. Enjoy pairing with wine.
