東京メトロ・新御茶ノ水駅から直結の「御茶ノ水ソラシティビル」B1Fにある和食バルです。平日ランチタイムに一人で訪問してみました。
店内はとても綺麗でいい雰囲気です。BGMは津軽三味線みたいなのに感じる曲が流れていたような気がします。冷たいお茶と紙おしぼりを持ってきてくださいました。
訪問時のランチメニューは、10種類ぐらい、お魚系、お肉系とバランスよくあり、コンディションによって選べて良さそうな店だなと思いました。中でも「焼き魚二種御膳」（1,380円）に惹かれたのですが、たまたま前夜家で焼き魚を食べていたので、家では（私は）作りそうにない「ローストビーフ丼」（1,500円）を注文。白米か玄米選べるとのことで、玄米を選びました。
「ローストビーフ丼」のお盆には、ローストビーフ丼の他に、サラダ、日替わりおばんざい、赤出汁が付いています。訪問時の「おばんざい」は、ごま豆腐のような品だったと思います。赤出汁は味が濃いタイプに感じました。玄米ご飯は色の濃いもので、健康に良さそう。サラダも農薬節減野菜を使用しているそうです。
せっかくなので、お食事ご注文のお客様限定のランチソフトドリンクから、「和歌山県伊藤農園のプレミアムはっさくジュース」（300円）を付けてみましたら、これがすごく美味しくて感激でした。他には愛媛県佐田岬完熟屋のプレミアムオレンジジュースや茜茶、冷やし宇治抹茶、国産ウーロン茶などもありましたので、今度訪問した時はそれらも注文してみたくなりました。
こちら女性スタッフさんがとてもいい感じの接客で、気持ちよく滞在できました。ありがとうございました。
