神田駅から3分ほど歩くと見つけられるお店
店を入ると入り口付近に石窯が！これは間違いない環境が揃っているところと期待感も高まります
会社の上司と伺わせて頂き、上司はペパロニ、自分はマルゲリータを注文。サラダとドリンクがついて、1000-1200円がランチの価格帯
前菜のサラダはサッと出てきて手際よい
良いお店の一つの基準として、サラダが早く出てくるというのが自分の中ではあります^ ^
手作りでしょうか、フレンチドレッシングの酸味の角がなく、小気味よく食べすすめられました
さて、メインのピザが登場！
すでにカットしてあるピザをつまんでみるとパリッパリ♪自分はナポリ風のパン生地を美味しく食べるためのソースやチーズ、トッピングという発想からくるピザも好きですが、ローマピザもアプローチは違えどもパン生地を活かした構成になっていて美味しい
このスナック感のある生地をより活かそうとすると、少しパンチがあった方が食感のインパクトに負けないかなと思い、個人的には上司が注文したペパロニの方が美味しいと感じました
マルゲリータは、トマトソースはトマトの酸味が印象的。そして、チーズは塩味よりも濃厚さが主張されており、量もふんだんに使われていて贅沢感あり！なにより、バジルがピンポイントで香り付けという位置付けではなく、全体に配置されていて、一枚一枚を均一にこの味で出したい！という意図が伝わってきて、これはこれで好感が持てました
こういった、パリパリ系のピザはその食感が先行して、あまり美味しいピザに出会ったことが無かったのですが、こちらのピザに出会えて楽しみ方を教えて頂いた感じです
神田に名店ありですね^ - ^
