勤務先が神田の友人との利用で友人もちらほら伺ってるようだったのでチョイス。駅からすぐだったので迷わず到着。店内は思っていたより広く、堀堀という店名の通り掘りごたつの席(もしかすると全席掘りごたつかも)にご案内いただきました。なので入り口で靴を脱ぐ土禁スタイルです。
・牛すじのデミソース(お通し)
あつあつで美味い。ちびちびもいけるのでお通しとして結構嬉しかったです。家飲みにも真似できるなーと勝手に感心もしてました笑
・うずらのニンニク醤油漬け
塩加減は結構強めですがその分お酒は進みます。ニンニクの風味が強すぎるとちょっと苦手でしたが、強すぎず良い塩梅でよかったです。
・さっぱりせせりポン酢
せせりを使っているのは珍しかったのでオーダー。湯通しされたせせりは柔らかく、程よく脂もあるのでさっぱりしつつ満足感も高いですね。結構ボリュームもあったのも嬉しい点でした。
・鮮魚のカルパッチョ
秋鮭、鯛、タコの3種で各3枚ずつ、刺身か選択できようだったこともあり肉厚にカットされていて食べ応えはまぁまぁあります。個人的には薄くて枚数がある方が好みでしたが美味しかったです。
・串焼き6種盛り
モモ、砂肝、ぼんじり、ハツ、軟骨、長ネギの6種でした。焼き加減も上手く、ヤゲン軟骨は好みだったので嬉しいですね。中でもぼんじりとハツは結構ジューシーで普段タレが多いですが塩もいいなーと思いました。
総合系居酒屋なので結構何でもあります、肉系のメニューも馬刺しやローストビーフなど、魚系のメニューも一夜干しけや乾き物など充実してますし、お酒の種類も豊富でドリンクの提供速度も早いのもよかったです。他の卓は4名くらいで飲み放題にしていたり土地柄に合わせて男性サラリーマンが多そうで落ち着いた雰囲気でした。
またお近くに寄った際は利用しようかなと思います、ご馳走さまでした。
