The horse sashimi we use is grown on a farm in Kumamoto, and is characterized by its "high level of safety and wonderful environment." The horse sashimi produced in Kumamoto, which is home to the vast Aso mountain range and numerous famous waters, has a sweet taste and just the right texture. This is very high quality horse meat. As soon as you put it in your mouth, the sweetness of the meat itself comes out.
