久々に気の置けない会社仲間や先輩との飲み会、事前に予約をしての入店です。
この日は、2時間飲み放題付 4,500円コース(税込4,950円）です。
障子で仕切られた半個室っぽい席に通され、まずはビールで乾杯です。
コース料理はこんな感じ。
・ゆで枝豆
・数の子ポテサラ
・江戸菜ごま和え
・十五種野菜と揚げじゃこのサラダ
・海鮮刺身5種盛り
・牡蠣フライ
・白はまぐり酒蒸し
・さば文化干し
・サーモンといくらのまぜご飯
最初に前菜として、ゆで枝豆、数の子ポテサラ、江戸菜ごま和えの3皿の提供。
数の子ポテサラは食感が良く美味しく頂けました。
海鮮刺身5種盛りの鮮度はなかなか、脂の乗り具合もいい感じです。
この辺でビールから、それぞれ好みの酒にチェンジ。サワーやハイボールを
飲みながら会話が弾みます。
ドリンクをオーダーしてからの提供スピードも文句なし。いい気分で飲み進め
られます。
牡蠣フライの大きさは普通です。こちらはタルタルでは無く、ソースで頂きます。
白はまぐり酒蒸し、こちらは味薄目でちょっとインパクトが弱かった。
さば文化干しは脂も程よく乗って、身の方もそれなりに肉厚。2人で1皿ですが
十分満足できます。
〆はサーモンといくらのまぜご飯、量はそれ程でもありませんが、こちらも
美味しく申し分なしです。
ドリンクのラストオーダー、それぞれ2杯ずつお願いします（笑）
しっかりお魚をいただいて、アルコールもしっかり飲んでお会計です。
店の雰囲気も良く、気持ちよく飲み食いする事が出来ました。
